About this project
Kia Finance NZ recognised the importance of enhancing visitor engagement on their website. To achieve this, they decided to revamp their existing website.
One of the key features of the site is a calculator that integrates with an application flow. This functionality allows customers to conveniently apply for finance directly through the website.
I aligned the UI of the site with the latest KIA design system guidelines. In addition, I collaborated with a customer experience expert to reduce friction in the application flow.
By implementing these improvements, Kia Finance NZ aims to create a more immersive and engaging online platform for its customers. The updated website ensures that visitors not only have access to vital information but also benefit from a simplified process to apply for finance, resulting in an enhanced overall experience.
